Meet Al Fanning

Alfonso (Al) joined Servico in November 2021 in the position of Assistant Supervisor in District 4. Al’s background was in Janitorial Services for commercial, school, and special projects, with experience with a walk-behind floor scrubber, stripping and waxing of VCT floors, deep scrubbing with equipment for hard floor surfaces, and carpet extraction cleaning equipment.

He was promoted to District 4 Supervisor in February of 2022 and leads the largest medical facility cleaning team between the districts.

He is responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness, quality, and safety, orientation and training of employees. He also conducts site evaluations to ensure all are being cleaned to our customer's satisfaction and following the scope of work expected.

In his free time he can be found volunteering as a youth football coach, doing charity work, and reading.
